Está ubicado en Gazi, una antigua zona industrial que en los últimos años se ha convertido en uno de los barrios más dinámicos de la Atenas contemporánea, donde galerías, restaurantes, bares y estudios creativos conviven con la estructura industrial que todavía define buena parte de su carácter.
Athens is a city where ancient ruins speak to its past, but there are also places that reflect the way the city is experienced today.
10AM belongs to the latter. The project brings together architecture, local culture, and a contemporary approach to hospitality. It is located in Gazi, a former industrial district that has evolved into one of the most dynamic neighborhoods in Athens, where galleries, restaurants, bars, and creative studios now occupy a landscape still shaped by its industrial heritage.
Es un barrio para caminar sin demasiada planificación, observar cómo la ciudad cambia de una calle a otra y descubrir una Atenas menos monumental, más cotidiana.

En 10AM lofts el proyecto parte de una arquitectura de líneas contundentes y materiales honestos. En el Loft 3, el concreto, el acero y la madera de inspiración setentera construyen un espacio abierto, de proporciones generosas y una estética deliberadamente contenida.
Una fachada de vidrio de diez metros orientada al este permite que la luz natural tenga un papel central en el interior: durante el día, el espacio cambia conforme avanza el sol y la luz se desplaza por las superficies, los muebles y las paredes. La ausencia de columnas interiores y de una decoración excesiva mantiene la mirada limpia y permite que la arquitectura tenga protagonismo sin sentirse monumental.
At 10AM lofts, the project is defined by bold architectural lines and honest materials. In Loft 3, concrete, steel, and ’70s-inspired wood come together to create an open, generous space with a deliberately restrained aesthetic.
A ten-meter-wide glass façade facing east gives natural light a central role in the interior. Throughout the day, the space evolves with the movement of the sun, as light shifts across the surfaces, furniture, and walls. The absence of interior columns and excessive decoration keeps the space visually clean, allowing the architecture to take center stage without ever feeling monumental.
Por la noche, el sistema de blackout modifica por completo la atmósfera y convierte el loft en un espacio mucho más íntimo, donde el concreto, la madera, los textiles y la iluminación adquieren otra presencia.
At night, the blackout system completely transforms the atmosphere, turning the loft into a much more intimate space where concrete, wood, textiles, and lighting take on a different character.
10AM lofts tiene algo más cercano a una residencia privada, con esa sensación doméstica que es parte importante de la experiencia. En lugar de llenar el espacio de elementos decorativos, la luz, las proporciones y las texturas son las que construyan la atmósfera.
Esta misma idea se extiende a 10AM apotheke, la línea de productos naturales disponible dentro de los lofts, donde el cuidado personal se integra a la estancia a través de productos como: jabón de manos, body wash, crema de cuerpo y otros objetos formulados a partir de ingredientes naturales y referencias a tradiciones locales. Los aromas de incienso y mirra aparecen de manera sutil y terminan formando parte del ambiente, conectando la experiencia del interior con una idea más amplia del paisaje y la cultura griega.
10AM lofts feels closer to a private residence, with a sense of domesticity that is an essential part of the experience. Rather than filling the space with decorative elements, the atmosphere is shaped by light, proportions, and textures.
This same philosophy extends to 10AM apotheke, the collection of natural products available throughout the lofts, where personal care becomes part of the stay through hand soap, body wash, body cream, and other products made with natural ingredients and inspired by local traditions. Subtle notes of incense and myrrh permeate the space, becoming part of the atmosphere and connecting the interior experience to a broader sense of the Greek landscape and culture.
En la planta baja, esa relación continúa con una cafetería, una panadería propia y una selección de vinos griegos de pequeños productores. Más que funcionar como servicios independientes, los distintos elementos forman parte de un mismo universo en el que arquitectura, gastronomía, productos, materiales y arte se relacionan de manera natural.
